Who We Are

PEGASUS Power Construction was established in 2021 by Eng. Mamoun Abdulwahab, a Syrian entrepreneur with over 20 years of extensive experience in both local and multinational organizations within the electrical distribution sector. The company is built on a solid foundation of technical expertise, industry best practices, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality electrical infrastructure projects. Under his leadership, PEGASUS has positioned itself as a reliable partner for the design, construction, testing, and commissioning of medium-voltage distribution systems.

Over the past year, PEGASUS Power Construction has successfully obtained key approvals and prequalifications from major authorities in Qatar, including:

KAHRAMAA / Customer Services Department (CSD): Grade A
KAHRAMAA / Construction: Approved Contractor for 11kV Works
ASHGHAL: Approved for Street Lighting and Building Works
QatarEnergy: Approved for Maintenance of 11kV and LV Switchgear network
